➡️First of all, thank you very much for supporting our handmade money pouches. This gives our relatives with disabilities a chance to earn money through their own abilities. Even if the work is simple, as long as it’s earned with their own hands—without stealing, robbing, or committing crimes—it deserves encouragement! While helping my relatives I’ve also found many kind people, but some have impersonated our Douyin account avatar, stolen pictures and videos, clearly with the intent to scam. Our customers are smart and report these to us, so please be extra careful and don’t let your hard-saved money be scammed. One more reminder: I will not provide any account asking you to transfer money. Shopee and other marketplaces offer cash-on-delivery. Our official store on Shopify is a publicly listed Canadian company (you can check the relevant link on Wikipedia) and uses legitimate third-party credit card payments. Taiwan now also supports Chunghwa Post home collection, so you can use it with confidence! Originally we did not plan to enable credit cards on Shopee, but some customers asked if they could pay by card, so credit card payment is available on the cross-border store.
➡️Cash storage pouches, small cards, savings bags, and allocation bags are handmade; slight bubbles or imperfections are normal. Please only order if you can accept this!
➡️Handmade items take time; once completed they will be shipped immediately! The 100-sheet saving challenge requires more time; other items take about 5–20 business days; for larger quantities about 15–30 days. If you ordered the 100-sheet challenge together with other items, the shipment date will follow the 100-sheet challenge. Cash-on-delivery is available for all; we recommend using COD.
➡️For items that can be doodled on with colored pencils: because the material becomes smoother after wiping, it's better to use 3B or softer colored pencils for better coverage; please write gently (pencils below 3B can be used for the first time), and wipe gently—do not damage the surface!
➡️Some pens can be wiped with alcohol and reused, but wipe gently to avoid damaging the surface. Slight marks after wiping are normal and do not affect use.
➡️All items in the store offer cash on delivery (COD); orders can be canceled at any time during working hours. If a buyer changes their mind, please notify us to cancel—do not refuse to accept delivery. Recently some people have failed to pick up deliveries. These are handcrafted items made with great effort, and a family member is a person with a disability who works slowly. Fortunately these are not perishable foods. Using COD helps avoid unnecessary trouble, please cooperate!
